Privacy Policy
Raseed is a personal and small-business finance tracker. This page sets out exactly what the app stores, where it goes, and what it never does.
In short
- You can use Raseed entirely offline, with no account and no data leaving your phone.
- Receipt photos never leave your device — only a reference to the file is saved.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing sold or shared.
01Using Raseed without an account
Raseed can be used entirely offline by choosing Continue as guest.
In guest mode, everything you enter stays in the app's local storage on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app deletes that data permanently.
02What we collect when you sign in
Creating an account is optional and exists only to sync your data between your own devices.
Account information
- Your email address
- Your password, handled by our authentication provider and stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see or store the password itself
Financial information you enter
- Transactions: amount, type, category, date, note, and the wallet used
- Wallets, budgets and income sources
- Clients: name, agreed amount, contact note, and their payments and expenses
- Debts: the other person's name, amounts, due dates, and repayments
- Investments: project name, capital, and recorded profits
This information is only ever what you type into the app yourself.
Feedback you choose to send
If you use the feedback form in Settings, we receive the name, email address and message you type there.
03Receipt photos stay on your device
When you attach a receipt to a transaction, the photo is not uploaded. Only a reference to the file's location on your device is saved. The image itself never leaves your phone and we never receive it.
What this means in practice: a receipt attached on one device will not appear on another device, because the image was never transferred.
04What Raseed does not do
- No advertisingThe app contains no ads and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or trackingThere is no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, and no behavioural tracking of any kind.
- No selling or sharingYour data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
- No locationThe app never requests or accesses your location.
- No contactsClient and debt names are typed by you; the app never reads your phone's contact list.
05Where your data is stored
Signed-in data is stored with Supabase, our hosting and database provider, which processes it solely on our behalf.
Every record is tied to your account, and database-level access rules (row-level security) mean one account cannot read another account's data. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS.
06Fonts
The app loads the Inter typeface at runtime from Google Fonts
(fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This request
is for the font file only and carries none of your financial data. Google may log
the request as described in the
Google Privacy Policy.
07Device permissions

08How long we keep your data
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, or ask us to delete it, the associated records are removed from our database.
Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
09Your rights
You may at any time:
- Access your data — the app exports everything to CSV, Excel or PDF from the Settings screen
- Correct any entry by editing it in the app
- Delete your account and all associated server-side data, by emailing us at the address below
- Withdraw from cloud storage entirely by signing out and using guest mode
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
10Children
Raseed is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
11Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how your data is handled, notify you in the app.
